No Evidence Against Sunitha & Her Husband: CBI

YSR Congress is alleging the role of YS Sunitha and her husband Rajasekhara Reddy in YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case. They say Sunitha and her husband are not happy with Viveka giving a part of the properties to his second wife’s son and so eliminated him.

The other day, the CBI filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court about the case.

The investigating agency told it is true Viveka married Sheik Shameem in 2010 and they are in a relationship till his death.

CBI acknowledged that they were not happy with Viveka’s second marriage but said they did not find any evidence against them to suspect them of this murder.

Only in the last week, CBI summoned Rajasekhara Reddy and freshly questioned him in this case.

The affidavit also reiterated once again how MP Avinash Reddy, his father Bhaskar Reddy, along with the other accused were involved in the murder and the destruction of the evidence.

Probably, YSR Congress is losing the game with this stance of the CBI. Unless and until they come up with strong evidence to convince the court or the CBI, this angle of investigation is closed.
