Jagan, who is on a padayatra in the Vizianagaram district in 2019, went to Visakhapatnam airport on October 25th to go to Hyderabad.

There, a young man attacked Jagan with a knife used in rooster fights and injured him.

This incident created a stir across the state and YSR Congress used it against the then government.

Later it was revealed that the accused in fact is a strong supporter of YSR Congress and wanted to help Jagan politically.
