NRI Indian Divorces Wife For Refusing Unnatural Sex

It was a love marriage and one where the man and woman had a live-in relationship prior to marriage. However, it was only after marriage that the woman realized she bargained for thorns instead of roses.

A 35-year-old woman from the Satellite area of Ahmedabad filed a case against her husband for domestic violence and demanded unnatural sex at the area police station. Post-marriage, the woman had to undergo harassment both at the hands of her husband and in-laws, who pointed out flaws in her constantly. However, in February 2022, the couple moved to New South Wales in Australia, and things looked okay for just a couple of months.

Once again, the husband started demanding unnatural sex and, after several threats of divorce, finally divorced her and withdrew her sponsorship. The woman returned to India thanks to the Indian embassy, and once back, she slipped into depression. Knowing her story, her parents filed a case against the man for harassing their daughter.
