Legendary actor and politician Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao’s life is included as a lesson for 10th class students. NTR’s chapter is introduced in the new syllabus of 10th class Social studies which came in to force from this year. The less featured on 268th page of the text book. The lesson introduces NTR as a prominent hero who floated Telugu Desam Party after Congress high command insulting Telugu people by changing CMs.

The lesson also has the reference to the coup of Nadendla Bhaskar Rao when NTR went to US for bypass surgery. It explained how NTR later challenged the Governor’s decision and got back in to the power after people’s revolt.
