One More Arrest, Similar & Routine Response By TDP

Last night, APCID has arrested TDP Social media incharge without even serving prior notices. Chandrababu Naidu wrote a letter to the DGP complaining him about the Police violating Supreme Court guidelines.

On expected lines, Chandrababu, Lokesh, and other TDP leaders are posting condemning tweets with We stand with hashtag.

Numerous arrests like this have happened during YSR Congress’s rule. And there is same pattern of reaction on part of the TDP leadership.

The best they do is offer legal help to the victims and get them fight. Later we have seen the victims become silent fearing Government harassment.

Even though there are lapses in the procedures during the arrests, TDP failed to do anything. There is not even a protest before the enforcement offices so far to grab the attention of the public. Ideally Lokesh should have gone and sat for the protest.

Every time, TDP mentions of registering Private cases on the CID and the Police but nothing of that sort happened so far.

As a result, the faith of the cadre on the party becomes weak and those fearing social stigma and jail, simply back off. It is an indirect loss for the party and its high time the leadership realizes that.
