As soon as the bifurcation bill reached the assembly, while other Seema Andhra leaders are busy tearing or burning them, JP read the bill thoroughly and wrote a letter to the Government about missing details. He made a point that with out those details, the house can not give its opinion on bifurcation. Taking the keypoints, state Government wrote a letter to Government of India to furnish the details lest Assembly can not give its opinion. JP has high regard in National level and his points can not be ignored. Even if ignored, the bill can be contested in Courts on the same lines. In either ways, bifurcation may be delayed or stopped at least untill 2014 elections.
