Only NTR Commands Such Admiration

Two days ago, we have celebrated the Jayanthi of Legend NT Ramarao. Social media was filled with tributes to the great actor and leader by fans and celebrities. Among those who celebrated and remembered the legend is Andhra Pradesh Congress Working President Tulasi Reddy.

He along with his wife paid homage to NTR at their residence. “NTR is like a leader who will come down to earth once in many generations. He came here with a purpose and is a legend,” Tulasi Reddy said. TDP is known for its anti-Congress stance but still, NTR managed to get respect from the party’s working president.

Tulasi Reddy was in TDP during NT Ramarao times. He played a crucial role in TDP‘s affairs in the Kadapa district back then. Later on, due to some issues with Chandrababu Naidu, he left the party to join Congress. Despite being in Congress, his admiration for NTR did not change even a bit.

These are times politicians change their ideology and badmouth the leaders immediately after stepping into a new party. Probably that kind of admiration and loyalty is gone after NTR passed away.
