Only Two Reasons For Jagan’s Permanent President Move!

The other day, YSR Congress amended its constitution to have a ‘Permanent President’ and elected Jagan for it.

This is the first time something of this sort happened in Indian politics and so, it will have to be seen if the election commission will allow this.

Elections are the backbone of any democracy. Any attempt to thwart that and make something permanent is nothing but a narcissistic attitude.

Elections for Presidents of regional parties are just a formality. In many cases, there will be only one nomination and the leader will get unopposed.

It happens in the case of Chandrababu Naidu and also, Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Why fear even that and become a permanent president?

A remote possibility for this arrangement is Jagan fearing a coup against him.

But who in YSR Congress dares to go against a ruthless Jagan?

The fact that it is been done after sending his mother out makes it more suspicious.

Except for a narcissistic attitude or a coup, nothing justifies the ‘Permanent President’ arrangement.
