Pawan Kalyan Not Content with Special Package?

The Central government is giving enough indication of Special Package to Andhra Pradesh which is likely to be announced in less than a week now. However, Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan seem to be not content with any package and is likely to be targeting nothing less than Special Status as promised earlier.

The arrangements for Pawan Kalyan’s First Week in Special Status stir are going on at a brisk pace. JNTU Grounds in Kakinada has been confirmed as the venue for the meeting and the local leaders are busy obtaining necessary permissions and making the other arrangements. This indicates the meeting is more or less confirmed.

We already know that Pawan Kalyan had announced a series of meetings in the state to pressurize the central government over the Special Status issue and the first meeting will happen in Kakinada where BJP passed a resolution of ‘One Vote, Two States’ way back in 1997. Political observers are interestingly waiting for the meeting to see if Pawan Kalyan manages to make an impact on the state politics.
