Pawan Kalyan Receives First Legal Notice in War with Media

Popular Venture Capitalist, Srini Raju who is accused of funding the malicious campaign on Pawan Kalyan’s mother has served a legal notice to Pawan Kalyan. The advocate’s letter had asked Pawan Kalyan to behave responsibly and delete the tweets immediately which are purely an imagination.

The notice also warned to take appropriate legal procedure on Pawan Kalyan if he fails to comply. Interestingly, Pawan Kalyan himself posted the notice on his Twitter account. He still called Srini Raju as the member of the Dream Team who abused his mother. Pawan Kalyan already stated that he is also getting ready to a big legal war.

Srini Raju is the major stakeholder in TV9 holding close to 89% of the shares. He clarified that his investment in the channel is only limited to institutional fund and he has no say in TV9 management or the board. He also added that he did not even visit the office in the last 10 years. Srini Raju also added that the fund investment period has expired and they are in an exit process.
