Pawan Kalyan’s Strange Logic on Unemployed Stipend?

Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to extend Stipend for Youth who are unemployed. The government is planning to give 1000 Rupees for them who are Degree or Diploma Holders and will give them Skill Development Courses to make them employable.

But Janasena President Pawan Kalyan says the eligibility criteria is a big concern. “Are those who did not have a Degree are not youth? Why they are being discriminated in getting the Stipend?,” the Janasenani questioned.

Pawan Kalyan seems to be completely off the mark. Those who are ably Educated and still could not get a Job are called the Unemployed and the idea of the scheme is to help them with Stipend. How is that Government should be responsible if Youth who are not educated are not employed?
