Pawan Kalyan’s Suspicious Absence in Election Season

The Municipal Elections in Andhra Pradesh are happening. The voting will take place on the 10th and the results will be out on the 12th. Even though the ruling party will have an edge in local elections, Opposition parties want to put YSR Congress to the test.

These are also the first elections happening on party symbols after the 2019 elections. For TDP – Chandrababu Naidu, Lokesh, and Balakrishna are campaigning. BJP leaders have been campaigning in Vishakapatnam.

Ruling party leaders and Ministers are busy as usual. But then, the Janasena campaign has been mostly silent with the cadre and local leaders doing the heavy lifting. Pawan Kalyan is yet to campaign for the party and the day after tomorrow (March 8th) is the last day for the campaign.

There are several speculations about why Pawan Kalyan is missing? Is he trying to send a message to BJP? Is he trying to distance himself from a possible adverse result? etc.
