Pension Distribution – Little Easy, Little Strict

For the convenience of pensioners who are eligible to avail NTR Bharosa Pension, the AP government has updated the process.

The pensioners will receive an audio byte of 20 seconds in Kurnool and Chittoor districts via mobile applications.

It was also said that elderly pensioners must be given respect and greeted with a namaste. To enhance the experience of pensioners, a audio message must be played.

Also, if the pension is being distributed 300 mtrs away from the pensioners’ house, the distance will be notified through mobile app.

If the pension officers decide to give pension 300 mtrs away, then the reasons must be registered on mobile app. The rules are strict that pension has to be given at home.

For the convenience of pensioners, the pension will be given from 7am instead of 6am in the morning. The pension officers have been told to follow the above guidelines to better the experience of pensioners. It will also make the plight of officers easy as they needn’t start at 4am.
