People to Pawan Kalyan, Jagan to People!

The State Politics are turning interesting as we near the 2019 elections. The ruling Telugu Desam Party despite its own problems is calm and composed. Adding to TDP’s confidence is the opposition being in Shambles. The confusion in the opposition is very evident.

We have seen people approaching Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan with their problems and the latter doing his bit to solve them. While on the other side, people are not seen knocking on Jagan’s door and the opposition leader himself is going to them.

Leaders going to people is not a crime but then people not coming to an opposition leader and infusing confidence in another leader showcase that there are serious problems. For an instance, Jagan Mohan Reddy has toured Capital villages the other day against the Land Acquisition in the area.

But then a day prior to that, some of those affected approached Pawan Kalyan and they have addressed media jointly. This is an indication that Jagan is not instilling confidence in the people. When there is no confidence on a leader, people will not take him as an alternative to the existing leader.
