It looks like the phone tapping case in Telangana will take a big turn in a few days. If the ongoing reports are anything to go by, former Minister and BRS Working President KT Rama Rao would be served with notices very soon.
According to the reports, two other former BRS Ministers may get notices along with KTR in connection with this case.
Recently, KTR admitted to phone tapping by saying, “We may have tapped calls of a couple of crooks. I don’t know.” It is heard that the police department took these statements seriously and decided to serve notices to KTR for his alleged involvement in the case.
Even Chief Minister Revanth Reddy took the case seriously and stated that KTR and his team would be sent to the Charlapalli Jail if they were proven guilty in the case.
Until now, a few police officers have been arrested in the case. Going by the current scenario, we may also see BRS leaders being taken into custody very soon.
