Chandrababu Naidu is one Chief Minister who always encourages innovation. The other day, a cycle enthusiast, G.Raja came to the Chief Minister with his self designed electrical bicycle. The Chief Minister enthusiastically took a late night ride on the bicycle much to the delight of Raja. The Chief Minister gave a pat on the back for him in his interest on promoting cycle riding and that too with Green motto of using electricity to run it.
