PM writes a letter congratulating KCR

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also invited to the recently concluded Ayutha Maha Chandi Yagam conducted by Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhar Rao. Modi could not attend the five days event due to his other commitments.

The Prime Minister wrote a letter to the Chief Minister congratulating him on the successful completion of the Yagam. It was that kind of Yagam which was not attempted by any individual in the last 200 years.

President of India, Pranab Mukherjee was to attend the Yagam on its last day but his visit was cancelled following a small fire accident there. On the other side, Modi’s letter came at the time when KTR was repeatedly criticizing the Prime Minister for not finding time to visit Telangana even once after coming to power.
