Prashant Kishor Signs An Assignment in Telangana?

Indian Political Action Committee chief, and political strategist, Prashant Kishor played an instrumental role in YCP’s landslide victory in Andhra Pradesh elections back in 2019. After assisting Jagan in his winning electoral campaign, Prashant looks set to join hands with the former’s sister YS Sharmila.

Reports suggest that Prashant had signed an agreement with Sharmila’s YSRTP before he announced that he would not be continuing as political strategist earlier this year.

Sharmila has reportedly appointed Prashant as her chief political strategist. The latter might not come to the foreground, but he will be orchestrating Sharmila’s political campaign in the build up for 2023 Telangana general elections.

Prashant Kishor and his team are expected to commence operations in Telangana from the 1st of September.

In her recent media meet, Sharmila asked what’s wrong if she takes assistance from people like Prashant Kishor. This could well be a hint that she would indeed be joining hands with the the political thinktank.
