Rayapati’s Scion into Politics

Narasaropeta MP Rayapati Sambasiva Rao already confirmed that he is not going to contest in 2019 elections. Rayapati seems to be grooming his son, Ranga Rao as his political heir. He is currently supervising the constituency affairs.

And is also said to be maintaining good relations with Chandrababu Naidu and his son, Lokesh. Recently, he was appointed in TDP State Committee. Ranga Rao previously was not interested in politics but has become active from the last one year.

Rayapati Sambasiva Rao is a five-time MP. After winning from Congress for four times, he joined Telugu Desam Party before the last elections after Congress is severely battered due to the state division. He is finally retiring from politics in 2019.
