Reliance’s Parimal Nathwani Finalized RS Berth from YSR Congress

YSR Congress has finalized the candidates for the four Rajya Sabha seats which are going for elections. Pilli Subash Chandrabose and Mopidevi Venkataramana who will be out of the cabinet due to the abolition of the council got the nominations for the Upper House.

Industrialist Ayodhya Rami Reddy who was one of the major financial supports for the party will get the third one. He is also one of the accused in Jagan’s cases. Parimal Natwani, a two-time Rajya Sabha Member of Parliament (MP) from Jharkhand gets the fourth seat.

Nathwani is considered a key associate of Mukesh Ambani as he is also a Group President (Corporate Affairs) of Reliance Industries. Ambani himself came down to Amaravati to convince Jagan and it happened. It is interesting to note that YSR Congress previously alleged a conspiracy in YSR’s death by Reliance Group.

And now, Jagan had yielded to the pressure of the same group. Since no other party has strength in the state assembly, all the four will get elected unopposed. YSR Congress’ Strength will go to Six in the Upper House.
