The results of the Andhra Pradesh General Elections are out, and Nara Chandrababu Naidu is set to take oath as Chief Minister for the fourth time in his illustrious political career.
The alliance of Naidu’s TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP achieved a resounding victory against the YSR Congress Party in both the assembly and Lok Sabha elections.
Leaders from across the country have been congratulating Naidu on this sensational win. It is reported that Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy also extended his wishes to Naidu through a phone call.
On this occasion, Revanth expressed hope for a prosperous relationship between both Telugu states. He reportedly requested Naidu’s support in amicably resolving the ongoing issues between the two states.
Revanth took to social media on June 4th to congratulate both Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan on their victory in Andhra Pradesh.
Reports indicate that Chandrababu will take oath as AP CM on June 12 in Amaravati. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to be invited to the event.
Recently, Revanth stated that he would attend Naidu’s swearing-in ceremony if invited. It remains to be seen whether Naidu will invite a Congress Chief Minister to an event that will be attended by Prime Minister Modi.
Regardless, Naidu and Revanth share a strong bond. Revanth is also often considered a protege of Naidu in politics as he served Telugu Desam Party for a long time.
