Revanth @ Hyderabad: Konda Surekha In Focus!

The chief minister of Telangana Revanth Reddy had been touring Delhi for the last few days, and he is going to return to Hyderabad this afternoon. There is going to be a lot more political attention to this return of Revanth, and it has something to do with the ongoing Konda Surekha episode.

Revanth Reddy held discussions with the Congress leadership in the national capital of Delhi, regarding the Konda Surekha event.

It is reported that the central leadership is also not happy with the allegations against Surekha and her reaction to the same where she hit back at the leadership as well. So it is reported that the disciplinary committee has instructed Revanth to take strong action against Surekha.

There are also reports that AICC president Mallikarjun Kharge has instructed Konda Surekha to voluntarily resign her position in the cabinet and walk away immediately. But she is not prepared for the same as she publicly said, she wants to continue with her position.

This is adding a lot of emphasis on the return of Revanth Reddy to Hyderabad as this could bring together a series of events that could put full stop the Konda Surekha episode.

There are concerns on whether Revanth Reddy would actually take the big decision and fire Konda Surekha from the cabinet, which would have its own political repercussions in the future. Or whether he would pacify the situation with a strong warning and ask her not to repeat such activities in the future.
