Revanth Reddy, Telangana’s Chief Minister, issued a challenge to K.T. Rama Rao of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (TRS), challenging him to win at least one Lok Sabha seat in Telangana in the upcoming elections if he truly has the guts and if he is a man enough.
Reddy strongly objected to KTR’s recent remarks suggesting that Congress wouldn’t have won many seats if Reddy had been declared the CM candidate.
Revanth said that he faced the witch hunt of KCR and endured numerous insults and the pain of arrests, but he never gave up and eventually became the chief minister of Telangana.
He emphasized that he had risen through the ranks from grassroots levels, unlike KTR.
Speaking at a public gathering in Chevella, he reaffirmed Congress’s commitment to implementing Sonia Gandhi’s six guarantees and highlighted the swift launch of recent schemes.
Reddy assured young people of filling two lakh vacancies transparently and promptly, contrasting Congress’s focus on youth employment with what he deemed KCR’s nepotism in job allocation.
