Real Boom brings robbers to Amaravati Temple

We all know that Lord Venkateswara Swamy temple in Ananthavaram village of Amaravati was recently handed over to Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam. The temple had become immensely popular with people after Amaravati became the capital.

However a robbery occurred in the temple last night. Thieves barged in to the temple by destroying the doors, they have taken the temple’s Hundi with them. It is not clear how much money is lost with the hundi.

Given the real boom in the capital villages, all the real estate people coming to the region are visiting the temple and offering big amounts to the Lord and so the locals say it will be a big amount in the lost Hundi. Police have registered a case and investigating in to the issue.
