Roja finally gives up, asks for apology

Reports are emerging that YSR Congress MLA Roja finally subdued to the pressured and asked for an apology to TDP MLA, Anitha for her objectionable and very personal comments. Roja appeared before the Previleges Committee and explained the reason for her poor behaviour on the Assembly.

Previlege Committee member Bandaru Satyanarayana after the meeting announced that Roja asked apology to Anitha. The committee will be submitting their report to the Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao and final decision on that will be taken by the house. Roja is already serving one year suspension.

The suspension is regarding disgraceful name calling of the Chief Minister. She may have avoided a second punishment in Anitha’s case with this apology. Roja also have petition pending in Supreme Court over her suspension. After facing disappointment in High court, she seem to have softened her stance and finally asked for an apology.
