Ruling Party Tries A Face-Saver in Macherla Attack Incident?

It is known to our readers that TDP Senior Leaders – Buddha Venkanna and Bonda Uma were attacked in Macherala by a YSR Congress activist when they are going to the nomination of a party candidate. A lawyer accompanying them in the car was grievously injured and had to rush to the hospital.

The entire incident was captured on camera and has come as a huge embarrassment for the Ruling Party. They have come up with an explanation forcing the mistake on TDP leaders. “The car driver was drunk and hit a physically handicapped boy and fled from the scene. It has angered the locals and they attacked the car,” Sakshi says.

The guy who was seen attacking in the video is Kishore and his pictures with CM Jagan is going on in social media. “The ruling party says the car hit a physically handicapped boy and at the same time, they claim the boy is riding a motorbike. That itself indicates that they are trying to save their face in this issue,” TDP alleged.

This incident has come as a huge embarrassment for the Ruling Party ahead of the elections. It is something really surprising that they are fearing to face the elections despite winning a thumping 151 seats out of the 175 Assembly Seats in Andhra Pradesh.

Update: The Photograph of the injured boy as published by YSR Congress Social Media Team seems to be fake. It is the picture of an accident which happened in Telangana way back in 2017.
