Sajjala Bhargava Fears Home Minister Anitha!

The aftermath of the general election results has seen the YSRCP’s social media activity significantly reduced. Some loyal supporters of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy have been expressing their disbelief at the defeat by suggesting that the beneficiaries of welfare schemes lost faith. Within the party, there are rumors that Sajjala Bhargava Reddy, previously in charge of social media affairs, is distancing himself from these responsibilities.

His father, Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, remains active in his advisory and general secretary roles, meeting with Jagan daily. It is believed that Jagan has now entrusted Nagarjuna Yadav with the social media responsibilities. Before the elections, Bhargava Reddy was known for posting derogatory comments about opposition leaders and women on YSRCP social media channels.

Attempts to file complaints about these posts were unsuccessful at the time, with police allegedly not registering the cases. Following Jagan’s electoral defeat, the new Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha, along with other TDP women leaders, is preparing to take action against those responsible for offensive posts, including Bhargava Reddy.

Anitha, herself a target of these posts, is reportedly determined to address this issue. Anticipating police action against him, Bhargava Reddy is said to be keeping his distance from both Andhra Pradesh and YSRCP activities for the time being.
