Sakshi’s Banner Item: Revealing Jagan’s Disappointment?

The entire YSR Congress ecosystem is completely shaken after YS Bhaskar Reddy’s arrest. They are nervous that MP Avinash Reddy will also get arrested in YS Viveka’s case.

Sakshi today carried a banner item with the title ‘అయినా…. సిబిఐ తీరు మారలేదు’.

Sakshi was finding fault with the CBI’s new investigation team. The article says the new team is continuing the investigation from where the first team stopped which is against the spirit of the Supreme Court’s judgment.

Obviously, Sakshi is not happy that the new team did not start the investigation afresh. Undoing the three years of investigation means YSR Congress can face the 2024 election without any trouble in this case.

After the investigation team got changed, Jagan and the entire YSR Congress ecosystem expected the same to happen. So immediately after the Supreme Court judgment, Avinash withdrew his anticipatory bail petition in Telangana High Court back then.

The arrest of YS Bhaskar Reddy came as a surprise for all of them.

Going into Sakshi’s argument about the Supreme Court, the Apex Court never found fault with the merits of the investigation. The Apex court only expressed displeasure about the slow investigation and appointed a new team giving them a deadline to finish the investigation by April 30th.

The Supreme Court never asked the new team to start the investigation afresh.
