Sakshi Circulation At All Time Low – Red Alert Pressed

Sakshi Newspaper which is the life support machine of YSR Congress Party seem to be struggling. The Newspaper which was once in the race for largest circulated Telugu Newspaper is struggling to impress its leaders. Reports available with the Newspaper management say that the circulation of the paper is at all time low.

The main reason for this is the hatred being vented by the Newspaper in its support to YSR Congress. The Paper is trying to see everything negative in every step of the government but that strategy is backfiring. “It is not looking as the fight against anti-people policies, it is more like we are fighting a personal battle on Chandrababu Naidu,” an editor of Sakshi claimed on canonicity.

“While we thought, people will turn averse to the government with this kind of news. What happened at the end is that people came to a conclusion, Sakshi laments on everything and is not taking even the true stories seriously. Credibility is at all time low. They are seeing YSR Congress and Sakshi as anti-state and anti-development,” the source added.

Interestingly, Sakshi Editorial Director K.Rama Chandra Murthy let out a circular to his staff imposing restrictions on those mindless negative articles. The guidelines clearly showed Sakshi’s intent to control negative stories and even asked to put positive stories as banners at least twice a week. You can see the guidelines notice picture below.
