Sakshi’s Different Yardsticks For Ramoji Rao & YS Sunitha

The other day, Eenadu carried an analytical story about the NIA’s counter in Jagan’s petition for an extensive investigation into Kodi Kathi Case. Citing various angles in the case, NIA concluded that there is no criminal conspiracy in the case.

Eenadu also questioned several loose ends in the case indicating that NIA should investigate the angle if the Kodi Kathi attack is staged to get sympathy in the 2019 elections.

Sakshi carried a counter article to Eenadu with the title ‘బాధితులనే… దోషుల్ని చేస్తారా?’

The Newspaper owned by Jagan Mohan Reddy was obviously upset with Eenadu blaming Jagan while he is the victim in this case.

This is fine but one can not stop asking why Sakshi had a different yardstick for YS Sunitha in Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case.

We have all seen how Jagan Mohan Reddy is in complete support of MP Avinash Reddy who is the accused in this case. Sunitha went to the court to get the CBI inquiry.

As Sunitha’s fight is against the political interests of the YSR Congress, the ruling party’s ecosystem started the attack on Sunitha as well.

There were articles in Sakshi saying how Sunitha and her husband may have been involved in the murder since there are property disputes due to Viveka’s second marriage.

The question now for Sakshi is if blaming the victim in Kodi Kathi is not right, how it is right in the case of Viveka’s murder case.

Probably, the sermons of Sakshi are only when they suit the political agenda of Jagan Mohan Reddy.
