Senior BJP Leader Visits Rajamouli’s Residence

On Sunday evening, BJP MP Bandi Sanjay went to meet renowned film writer and Member of Parliament, Vijayendra Prasad (father of SS Rajamouli), at his residence. However, it is not clear what exactly transpired during this meeting or why they met at this time.

In the past, Bandi Sanjay had threatened to burn theaters showing Rajamouli’s RRR for showing Komaram Bheem as a Muslim. But when the film won the Oscars this year, he changed his tune and congratulated the entire team.

The BJP played a big role in getting Vijayendra Prasad nominated to the Rajya Sabha in the category of eminent persons nominated by the President of India.

After Bandi Sanjay was removed as Telangana BJP president, he is now one of the 10 nominated members of the party’s national executive.

Bandi Sanjay now meeting Vijayendra Prasad has definitely given rise to some speculation that the BJP wants to collaborate with the Baahubali writer to create nationalistic movies or content that will help turn the tide in their favor in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
