It has refused to give the exemption. Jagan will start a 3500 Kilometres Padayatra from November 2nd. He will be covering 120 constituencies in this state on foot and will be following it up with a Bus Yatra in 50 constituencies.

Taking a break every Friday will mean that the effect of Padayatra will be lost. So, YSR Congress Party Cadre and leaders are anxious over this judgement and are now worried that it may lose sheen totally. The party will now have to make alternate arrangements now.

CBI in its counter told the court that Jagan is trying to intentionally delay the court proceedings. It also brought to the notice of the court that Jagan attends the court only once a week and questioned the legitimacy of asking exemption for even that one day.
