The court posted the next hearing to 23rd of this month. So the anxious wait of Jagan will continue for three more days. But then, going by the arguments and the comments of the Judge during the hearing, Jagan may be refused an exemption.

ED Counsel clearly alleged that this is an act of delaying the court proceedings and accused of such serious case should not be given such exemption. The judge also commented that Jagan’s credibility as a politician will only improve if he respects the system and attends court every day.

Legal Experts say there is a good chance that Jagan may be refused an exemption which will be a big blow for YSR Congress. Jagan will start a 3500 Kilometres Padayatra from November 2nd. He will be covering 120 constituencies in this state on foot and will be following it up with a Bus Yatra in 50 constituencies.
