Setback To Avinash Reddy In Telangana High Court

YS Avinash Reddy has been repeatedly approaching the high court in connection with YS Viveka murder case that is being investigated by the CBI.

The High Court recently ordered CBI not to arrest Avinash till this Monday while the court verifies the case file and passes a judgement accordingly.

Incidentally, Avinash’s petition, asking the high court to order CBI not take any stern action against him has been rejected today.

The High Court added that their can’t intervene with the investigation process and suggested the CBI to carry on with their course of action.

The court ordered the CBI to ensure audio and video recording of the investigation. This is one of Avinash’s main pleas.

The court then stated that it is not possible to order the CBI to permit lawyer presence at the investigation office.
