The wedding ceremony of AP Congress President Sharmila’s son YS Raja Reddy took place in Jodhpur on Saturday. The Family members including YS Vijaya Lakshmi and Close friends attended the ceremony. The pictures are also out.
AP Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy skipped the wedding after attending the Engagement ceremony last month.
The differences between Jagan and Sharmila hit the roof after the CM ditched his sister in the property issues. Sharmila is fighting him politically joining the Congress party.
Meanwhile, YSR Congress social media is on an overdrive to blame Sharmila for this absence. They have been peddling that Sharmila invited Jagan only for the Engagement but not for the wedding. They claim Jagan magnanimously went to the Engagement even though Sharmila insulted him but did not go now since there is no invitation.
Assuming that their version is true, it brings us to the question of why the sister who gave her everything to bring Jagan to power refused the invitation.
What Sharmila did to Jagan is in the public domain but we saw nothing from the other side. There were hints that Sharmila was denied a rightful share in their father’s properties.
Jagan dumped her completely after coming to power and ensured the leaders made cheap comments about her.
Jagan can not escape blame by saying he did not get the invitation. He himself should be blamed for the entire episode.
