This incident was revealed when the terrorist organisation released a 22-minute footage on May 19 threatening to carry out attacks against India which was then investigated and analysed by Intelligence agencies. During the course, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) has identified most of the Indians in the video with the culprits hailing from Azamgarh in UP, Kalyan and Thane in Maharastra.

What was most shocking though was that the ISIS for the first time has managed to radicalise a Telugu student studying in US. The student in question comes Andhra Pradesh and was pursuing engineering in Texas.
