Shocking Tragedy of 20-Yr-Old Indian in Canada

A young Indian student, Kartik (20), was killed after he was hit and dragged by a pickup truck while crossing a road on a cycle in Toronto, Canada.

Reports suggest that the victim’s cousin Parveen Saini from Haryana is saying that Kartik Saini came to Canada in August 2021 from India. The family is in hope that Kartik’s body will be deported to India for burial as soon as possible.

Sheridan College has confirmed that Kartik was their student. In an official email, the college expressed its condolences and said that its community is deeply saddened by the sudden death of Kartik. They extend their heartfelt condolences to his friends, family, peers, and professors.

According to police, the fatal accident happened at the St Clair Avenue and Yonge Street junction at about 4:30 PM on Wednesday.
