Shocking Tweet Uncovered in AP Scandal!

Former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister and Telugu Desam Party (TDP) president N Chandrababu Naidu was arrested on September 9 in connection with the Skill Development Corporation scam. Naidu had proposed creating a skill development corporation to empower unemployed youth in the state.

However, Rs 241 crore allegedly ended up in five shell companies that were supposed to supply equipment for skill centers but failed to do so. This has led to allegations that the skill development corporation was never actually established.

In December 2019, the YSRCP, which took power in May 2019, proudly claimed on AP Skill Development’s official Twitter account that Andhra Pradesh had become India’s top state in skill development.

This stands in stark contrast to their current allegations that such a development corporation was never established, with claims that Chandrababu diverted all funds to shell accounts.

This apparent contradiction between YCP’s previous claims and current allegations of fund diversion has sparked accusations of hypocrisy on social media. Many are also questioning how a chief minister can take credit for achieving the best state in skill development but now leading to an arrest.
