Significant Rise In JD Lakshmi Narayana’s Total Assets

Former CBI Joint Director, VV Lakshmi Narayana, filed his nomination the other day in Visakhapatnam. He is contesting for the Vizag North Assembly seat, representing his Jai Bharat National Party.

It was revealed in Lakshmi Narayana’s affidavit that his assets grew over the last five years. In 2019, his family owned assets worth Rs. 8.6 crores. Of them, Rs. 7.33 crores were movable assets and Rs.1.27 crores were immovable assets.

Now, his total assets are valued at Rs. 11.81 crores. Of them, Rs. 10.61 are immovable assets and Rs. 1.21 crores are movable assets.

There are Rs. 5.75 crore worth of immovable assets and Rs. 84.83 lakhs worth of movable assets in his name.

On the other side, his wife Urmila owns Rs. 4.86 crore worth of immovable assets and Rs. 36.57 lakh worth of movable assets.

Lakshmi Narayana stated that he has no criminal cases against him. There are also no vehicles in his name.

He is contesting against YCP’s Kammula Kannparaju, BJP’s Penmetsa Vishnu Kumar Raju and Congress’s Lakka Raju Rama Rao in these elections.
