Singapore agrees to assist AP Capital construction!

Singapore government has agreed to assist the construction of the upcoming capital of Andhra Pradesh. Singapore will be assisting with technical assistance from planning to construction. Both the governments will be entering in to an MOU regarding the same on 9th of this month in the presence of AP CM Chandrababu and Singapore Commerce Minister, Eshwaran.

It is said that the Capital plan will be of two parts – Master Plan and the other plan. The master plan will be of 7325 Square Kms. The Core area will be of 10 Square Kms in which government offices and buildings will come up.

There will two joint committees between AP and Singapore regarding this collaboration. In the high level committee, Chandrababu Naidu and Eshwaran will be the members. And the other committee will have the execution team comprising of the officials of the two governments.
