Social Media Mocks Jagan for Getting Special Status Wrong

Opposition Leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy speaking at the 18th Conclave of India Today this morning in Delhi made a Big Statement about YSR Congress’ Role in the National politics. He went on to say that he is ready to support any part at the Center if they give Special Status to Andhra Pradesh.

Everything is good until this but while batting for the Special Status, Jagan made a remark which is being mocked in the Social Media. Jagan went on to say that once Special Status is given, Income Tax and GST will be 100% exempted and businesses will flock to Andhra Pradesh.

This is not true, Special Status gives incentives for Corporate Tax but not Income Tax. People are mocking Jagan for trying to be the Crusader of Special Status while not knowing the definition of it completely. This is not the first time Jagan talked about 100% Income Tax Exemption under Special Status. He was mocked about the same in the past but it looks like there is no correction.
