According to senior director Relangi Narasimha Rao, if a popular figure from the film industry plunges into politics, he must dedicate his fulltime for politics. He expected neither Chiranjeevi nor Pawan Kalyan to enter politics.

Popular film personalities like Sr. NTR, MGR and Jayalalitha dedicated their time entirely to politics and rose to the highest position. In the case of MGR and Jayalalitha, the governments were run in their name when they went into coma in their last days. One should strive to reach that level in politics opined the senior director.
