Supreme gives some hope to Roja

A Supreme court bench hearing to the plea of suspended YSR Congress MLA, Roja, today directed the Hyderabad High Court to take the matter related to petitioner’s suspension from the Assembly. The apex court directed the Hyderabad high court to list the case for tomorrow itself and also ensure that it goes to Chief Justice bench.

Earlier the high court refused to stay the suspension. But alleging slow proceedings in the high court, Roja knocked the door of the Supreme court but found no relief there. Roja now hopes that the Hyderabad High court will give some favourable ruling to her up on the intervention of the Supreme.

It is known that Roja is caught on video using some very personal comments on Anitha and disgraceful name calling of the Chief Minister. Finally was awarded one year suspension. The all party committee appointed by the speaker to look in to the issue, also seconded the punishment awarded to Roja.
