TDP – BJP Friendship to End in February

Reports are emerging that the divorce between TDP and BJP may happen in February. Chandrababu Naidu who vented his anger on BJP recently found space in the National Media and it has become a topic of discussion across the nation.

It is emerging that a clarity on the alliance will emerge latest by February 15th. Chandrababu Naidu is looking at the Union Budget which will be tabled tomorrow. A decision will be taken seeing what the budget has in store for Andhra Pradesh.

Naidu obviously cannot convince his electorate why he should not be made accountable for BJP’s insensitivity even after the saffron party ditched the state on many issues. There are rumours that the TDP Supremo may wait till the results of Karnataka Elections.

But then, sources say that even if BJP manages to win Karnataka, it has no stakes in Andhra Pradesh given that people here are highly disappointed with the center. If TDP quits NDA, it will be the second party to leave after Shiv Sena.
