TDP Clarifies Pawan Kalyan’s Rajya Sabha Offer Claim

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan, the other day, hinted the reason for the fallout between them. “I wanted to contest in 60-70 seats in 2014 elections and said the same to Chandrababu. He urged me not to contest saying that votes will split and benefit YSR Congress,” Pawan Kalyan said.

AP TDP President, Kala Venkat Rao responded on this allegation. “There is no such proposal of giving Rajya Sabha Seats to Janasena from 2014 to the time of fallout. Such discussion never came up in the party,” Kala said.

The AP TDP President said Pawan Kalyan seems to be imagining things. He also clarified that TDP will not support the Bandh call given by YSR Congress. “They will do Bandh and later report to Modi in the evening,” Kala Venkat Rao ridiculed.
