Why is Naidu So Confident of Coming to Power?

The Campaign for Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections will draw to close Tomorrow. YSR Congress is very confident after many National Media Channels predicted Jagan coming to Power with Thumping Majority. On the other side, Chandrababu is not shaken by these Surveys and is looking even confident about returning to the office.

The Reason for this is the Women Voters in the State who is more than the Male Voters, according to the Election Commission of India figures. Chandrababu pinned all his hopes on them as he rolled out several Schemes targeting the women. Pasupu Kunkuma scheme alone benefited 57 Lakh women.

In some households, men are angry with Chandrababu as they feel these women centric schemes have made their women too independent. Many women feel that they are now independent of their husbands for the needs of the households and children. So the impact of these schemes is very high on the women.

Surveys can never gauge the mood of Women Voters because they are reserved and do not share their Voting preference sometimes fearing their husbands. All the Surveys commissioned by the State Government reflect their gratitude to Chandrababu and so, the TDP Supremo is so confident of him coming back to Power.
