Technical Snag For A Flight With Roja On Board

The Indigo flight carrying Nagari MLA Roja and several other celebrities had technical problems. The Rajahmundry-Tirupati Indigo flight was diverted. The flight to Renigunta was diverted to Bangalore. The plane was carrying 70 passengers, including Roja.

The flight was to land in Tirupati at 10.20 AM. It has done a few rounds in the air for around an hour and finally headed to Bengaluru. Sources at Renigunta Airport said that the plane has now landed safely in Bangalore. It was revealed that the diversion to Bangalore was due to the lack of a mechanism in Renigunta to rectify the technical glitches.

The plane will reach Renigunta after the issue is resolved. The passengers on the flight are inside for around two hours. Roja, on the other hand, responded to the technical issue in the plane and the subsequent diversion. “We are still on the flight and the doors are yet to open. Flight crew says instructions are yet to come,” Roja said in a video she posted on social media.

YSR Congress supporters are relaxed that the MLA is safe.
