T-ACB to Probe on CBN’s Role in Cash for Vote

Telangana ACB had filed a memo in ACB Court informing the court that it will investigate into the Cash for Vote Case. The ACB informed to the court that they will continue the investigation according to the old FIR and there is no need for a new FIR. ACB did mention in the memo they will investigate Naidu’s role in the case and report by September 29th

The earlier charge sheet do not have Chandrababu Naidu as the accused in the case but have several mentions of his name while explaining the case incident. The court asked the accused – Revanth Reddy, Sebastian and Uday Simha to attend before it on September 29th which will be a crucial hearing in the case.

The other day, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao met Governor ESL Narasimhan and had a closed door meeting with him for about three and half hours last evening. In the meeting, Intelligence DG AK Khan and AG Ramakrishna Reddy were also present. There are intense speculations in media that the meeting may be about this case.
