KCR’s Dual Trap for Modi?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is yet to visit Telangana, the newest state of the country after assuming office. This became an issue against BJP so far in all the elections. As Modi is not coming here, Telangana Chief Minister, K Chandrasekhara Rao fixed a date himself for Modi’s visit.

He went all the way to Delhi and invited the Prime Minister for the opening of Mission Bhageeratha on August 7th in Gajwel. If Modi gives the event a miss, it will further become as issue against BJP. TRS will say that Modi did not even come even on the Chief Minister’s Personal invitation.

In case, Modi comes here. He will have to appreciate Mission Bhageeratha and speak good about Telangana government. Either way, TRS will be benefitted and Telangana BJP will be cornered. On the other side, TRS party claims that Modi agreed to attend the event in principle.
