
“Chief Minister KCR envisions Telangana as the hub of the film industry. Success of Akhanda and Pushpa gave the much-needed push to the industry. To help Tollywood, we have allowed an increase in prices and fifth show in theaters,” Talasani said.
“There is no religion, caste or region for the industry and films. Films are means of entertainment for the people. The theaters issue in Andhra Pradesh is serious. I will talk to the Ministers of Andhra Pradesh and try to resolve the issue,” he added.
Meanwhile, the committee appointed by Andhra Pradesh Government to look into the issue will meet for the third and last time later this month and will submit a report to the Government.
